Today's Business meeting was well attended, even though we had some rotten spring snow & ice today.
The final count on the Teddy Bear Tea, was 233 quilts & critters. Some of them were donated by Community groups including some boys from the McLaughlin Youth Center, as well as a Soup Club & a Book Club.
The Board is establishing a Telephone Tree, in case of meetings being cancelled in an emergency.
The Annual Quilt Retreat is being planned for May 28th-31st. They will be doing a Mini Mystery, block drawings, & prizes, as well as Massage Therapists, for your tight muscles, & door prizes. Contact Cheryl Griffith if you want to attend.
Classes for Gail Garber will be opened to non-members starting April 5th, so if you want to take her classes, sign up soon!

Jackie Carley with a quilt made for her by Mary Lee. Jackie said it was all about a bad day she had, when her sun roof opened automatically, & all the snow that was on top landed inside. She was throwing snowballs out of her car to get rid of the snow, & other divers were looking at her funny.
