Show & Tell June 17th

At today's meeting, members shared tips & favorite gadgets, then we had Show & Tell.
Rhonda Foster showed her Black & White quilt with a red accent.

Rena Brinker had 3 African Batiks that she scored at a Garage Sale for $8.00!



Pam Harris showed her Fast Friday Fungus quilt.
Winnie LaVare showed a pair of Bamboo socks that Rena had dyed & given her,


She also had a bag she made . She said she had borrowed the pattern from Mary Lee, & she place 2 layers of template plastic on the botoom to give it shape & stability.

Ruthe Rassmussen & Mary Huey made this Scripture Quilt for the Salvation Army.

Ruthe also had a small quilt to give to Irene Stewart for the small quilt auction.

June 3rd, 2010 day Show & Tell

Deb Hardman showed this pillow she made from a left over block of her customer.

Carol Wight Jones had this quit she had started in Gail Garber's class.

A snowflake uilt she made.
A little quilt for her son & his wife.

And a wrist-cuff she is working on from scraps from the retreat.


She is also working on the quilt she started in Mary Cesar's class.

Harmony Moser made this little quilt from scraps at the retreat. Their theme was go green-recycle, so she did!
This was another Harmony finished.

Plus she had 3 of the wrist cuffs.




Jane Ferguson showed some little bags she made.
& a block of the month from Dina's.


Jetta Brewer Huber showed 2 quilts she made. This was inspired by a Jean Wells book,

& this was Jean Wells meets Ricky Tims.
Marge McGlaughlin liked the bag she got at the retreat.

She also showed some liberated stars she made.

Harriet Shaftel made a quilt that she found the directions for in a Trish Stewart book, "Sizzle N Pop". It was made from a "Mocha Mint Chip Jelly roll" of fabric.

Jan Pearson made this little quilt from recycled jewelry & won viewers choice at the retreat.
She also found this littl quilt at an antique shop in Salem, OR.
Glenda Burke made this quilt for her son from batiks he bought in Malaysia.

Marie Fujimura did this recycled quilt for the retreat challenge.

Kathleen Boulcher did this with an on-line exchange group.

Susie Coats did this yellow flower applique'.

Pam Harris di this quilt for the Small Quilt Auction.

She also showed this little orange floral postcard quilt that she made from techniques in Deb Hardman's Anvanced Threadplay class.
