Mona Havelock won the incentive prize for her donation for the small quilt auction. The August 20 day program will be devoted to learning how to prepare and hand quilt the 2010 raffle quilt. Doris Rhodes will lead the presentation.

Teddy Bear Quilts: Quilts made by students at McLaughlin Youth Center were displayed and members who helped the students with this project reported on what they had gained from the experience. Pat Sims will do a newsletter article, and the quilts and teddy bears will be on display at the September show.

Announcements: Any members having complaints or concerns about any guild procedure, activity, behavior, etc. should contact a member at large (Marge McLaughlin or Jetta Brewer-Huber). The member at large will bring the anonymous concern to the Board and they will decide how best to remedy the situation.

Adjournment: 10:20.
Following the meeting, spring rhubarb cake (donated by Pat Schroeder) was served and the June birthdays were celebrated.

Respectfully submitted, Darlene Appel, Secretary
